    You have access to www.supportportal.eu where you can report 24/7 incidents on your printers and also keep track of the status.

    2. By e-mail
    You can always report a malfunction via helpdesk@printsmarter.nl. Important that you always mention:
    - Serial number of the printer
    - Contact person on location (Name, E-mail & Phone number)
